Our POS (payment terminal) business is a key growth driver, and we’re ready to take it to the next level.
We’re looking for a commercially driven professional to energize our partner network of distributors, resellers, and integrators. Your role will combine sales, customer success, and partnership building, turning relationships into measurable growth.
What You’ll Do
- Grow and strengthen our partner ecosystem: Build trust-based relationships with distributors, resellers, and integrators.
- Stimulate sales growth: Visit and support partners, uncover up- and cross-sell opportunities, and turn them into results.
- Drive revenue and results: Monitor KPIs (revenue, volume, coverage, DSO), set ambitious goals, and help partners exceed them.
- Enable success: Equip partners with training, product updates, pricing strategies, and go-to-market resources.
- Optimize performance: Track and improve terminal usage, coverage, and profitability.
- Use data to steer strategy: Analyze performance and market trends to spot opportunities early.
- Collaborate cross-functionally: Partner with product, finance, marketing, and support to deliver a seamless experience.
- Own your pipeline: Keep CRM updated, forecast with precision, and lead regular reviews with key accounts.
The Right Fit
- Experience in payments: 4 to 8 years in the payments industry, ideally with POS and indirect sales.
- Commercial track record: Proven success in sales, account management, or customer success with measurable growth.
- Languages: Fluency in Dutch and excellent command of English and French.
- Regulatory awareness : Solid understanding of banking and fintech frameworks (EMV, PCI DSS, PSD2).
- Partnership builder: Able to engage and motivate distributors, resellers, and integrators toward shared goals.
- Data-driven & pragmatic: Comfortable with KPIs, using insights to drive smart actions.
- Clear communicator: Explains, influences, and inspires across different audiences.
- Adaptable & curious: Thrives in multicultural, multilingual, and fast-changing environments.
- Impact-driven: Takes pride in driving results that contribute to business growth.
