Context
Our POS business is a key growth driver, and we’re ready to take it to the next level.
We’re seeking a commercially driven professional to strengthen our network of agencies, distributors, and resellers. You’ll own key accounts, rebuild and professionalize partnerships, and drive revenue through upselling, cross-selling, and joint growth initiatives.
This role blends sales, customer success, and partnership management, turning relationships into measurable business impact.
What You’ll Do
- Own and manage the portfolio of existing POS agencies.
- Build trust and strengthen relationships with current agencies.
- Drive upsell and cross-sell opportunities accross the product suite.
- Formalise and execute regular business reviews (monthly, quarterly, half-yearly).
- Act as the primary point of contact between agencies and Paynovate.
- Track agency performance, pipeline, and revenue contribution.
- Collaborate internally within the Sales team, Compliance, Operations, and Product teams.
- Identify gaps or underperforming agencies, and recommend improvements.
- Strategic Growth (10% of time): Onboard 2-3 new strategic agencies in the first 12 months.
The Right Fit
- You bring 4 years of experience in account mangement, channel/partner management, or similar roles (ideally in fintech, payements, of financial services - SaaS also considered).
- Commercial track record: Proven ability to grow revenue via upsells and cross-sales.
- Partnership builder: Able to engage and motivate distributors, resellers, and integrators toward shared goals.
- Experience structuring account reviews and performance tracking.
- Comfortable using CRM software (HubSpot experience a plus).
- Clear communicator, able to manage diverse stakeholders.
- Independent, proactive, and process-driven.
- Fluency in Dutch, English and French. Any other European language is an added value.
