Context
As Paynovate continues to scale its commercial engine, a strong marketing foundation is essential to accelerate lead generation, strengthen brand awareness, and support cross-sell and upsell activities.
The Marketing Manager will be responsible for building and leading the marketing function from the ground up. This role combines strategy and execution, developing campaigns, managing digital channels, coordinating events, and ensuring measurable results across all marketing initiatives.
What You’ll Do
- Build and execute a marketing plan that drives sales pipelines growth and enhances brand visibility.
- Develop value-based, results-driven campaigns that highlight customer outcomes across digital, content, and event channels.
- Manage digital channels including website, SEO/SEM, LinkedIn, paid campaigns, and newsletters.
- Own HubSport Marketing Hub operations: campaign, workflows, lead scoring, dashboards, and reporting.
- Oversee the Paynovate website's structure, UX, SEO, and conversion performance, ensuring continuous improvement.
- Create and manage marketing material such as case studies, one-pagers, and newsletters.
- Collaborate closely with Sales and Product to ensure messaging alignment and campaign consistency.
- Manage relationships with external agencies and freelancers for content, SEO, paid ads, and PR.
- In time, plan and coordinate Paynovate's participation in industry events, conferences, and trade shows.
The Right Fit
- You bring 5+ years in B2B marketing experience (ideally in fintech, payments, SaaS, or another fast-paced digital environment).
- Proven track record of driving measurable pipeline growth, brand awareness, and customer acquisition.
- Fulle lifecycle campaign experience: defining ICPs and value propositions, building cross-channel campaigns, and tracking ROI.
- Strong command of HubSpot Marketing Hub (or similar CRM) and analytics: you monitor KPIs, test, optimise, and turn insights into action.
- Hands-on experience in website management and SEO.
- Experience organising or managing industry events or trade shows.
- Comfortable collaborating across teams and managing external partners or agencies.
- Analytical and creative: equally at ease with data, storytelling, and experimentation.
- Independent, proactive, and adaptable in a dynamic environment.
- Fluency in English. Strong French or another European language is a strong plus.
