We are looking for a Product Manager (Acquiring) who will become the reference person for acquiring within the company, covering card payments, scheme integrations, and transaction flows, across both online payments and in-store payments (POS terminals).
This is a hands-on role, currently focused on execution and delivery, with the opportunity to progressively shape how product is managed as the company scales.

- Translate business, operational, and compliance needs into clear priorities and roadmap
- Improve key metrics and merchant experience
Delivery

- Remove blockers and take ownership of outcomes
- Contribute to the stability and reliability of payment systems
Product Structure
- Bring clarity and consistency to product decision-making and prioritisation
- Introduce simple and pragmatic ways of working
- Structure and consolidate existing knowledge (flows, documentation, dependencies)
What we’re looking for
- 5+ years of experience in Product Management in a tech-driven environment
- Strong experience in payments, ideally acquiring / PSP / EMI
- Solid understanding of card payment flows (authorisation, capture, settlement, reconciliation)
- Experience with POS / payment terminals / in-store payments is a strong plus
- Comfortable working on technical topics (APIs, payment systems, reliability)
- Strong delivery mindset, with the ability to operate in an evolving environment
- English is required, French or Dutch is a plus
What we offer
- A central role on a critical product domain (acquiring)
- Real ownership with direct impact on business performance and merchant experience
- The opportunity to structure and shape how product is done as the company scales
