As a Regional Business Developer, you will be at the forefront of driving growth in our Automotive vertical within the DACH region. Your primary focus will be on identifying new business opportunities, crafting strategic market approaches, and fostering strong relationships with key stakeholders. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to tailor our offerings to meet market demands, ensuring our solutions are positioned for success. This role requires a blend of strategic thinking, market insight, and hands-on execution to achieve our ambitious growth targets.
Location: Brussels or Germany with travel requirements to Qover offices in Brussels and regular travels in Europe to meet partners.
Your Responsibilities:
○ Conduct strategic market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscapes.
○ Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects and existing clients, aligning their needs with our innovative solutions.
○ Develop and own customised proposals that meet client needs and strategically position our offerings.
○ Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product owners, marketing, and operations, to ensure seamless execution and delivery of solutions.
○ Maintain detailed records of project activities, milestones, and outcomes, and prepare insightful reports for internal stakeholders.
○ Attend industry events and conferences to network, gather market insights, and promote our brand.
Your Profile:
○ Experience in supporting enterprise sales, particularly in the motor insurance vertical, is highly desirable.
○ Prior experience in consulting, particularly with firms like BCG or Bain, is a strong asset.
○ Excellent communication, interpersonal, presentation skills with ability to present and influence on senior level
○ Excellent negotiation and deal-closing skills, with experience handling long sales cycles and complex RFPs.
