Temporary Talent Acquisition Partner (Freelance or CDD — 3+ Months)

Qover is growing, and we are hiring for momentum. Following recent expansion, we are looking for an autonomous Talent Acquisition Partner to join us for a minimum of 3 months on a contract (CDD or Freelance). Your mission will be leading a high-volume hiring sprint to build out a new team of 15–25 employees starting in December 2026.

Role Overview
- Contract: Freelance or Belgian CDD (minimum 3–4 months).
- Location: Belgium (Hybrid — Qover-dedicated office space at WeWork, Rue du Commerce, Brussels).
- Focus: High-volume recruitment sprint for 15–25 new team members.
What You’ll Do
- Own the full life cycle of recruitment from sourcing to screening, contract negotiation, and closing candidates.
- Source active and passive candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, job ads, networking events, and in-depth market research.
- Work closely with and advise business managers from job intake through candidate selection, interviewing, and closing.
- Provide an extremely positive, high-touch hiring experience for all candidates throughout the entire process.
Who You Are
- Experienced: You have experience with full-cycle recruiting in a start-up environment or high-growth companies.
- Tech-Savvy: Strong proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter tools and ATS platforms (previous knowledge of Lever is a plus).
- Fluent in English: Excellent communication skills and a strong level of English (written and spoken). All recruitment will be conducted in English, but any additional language is a plus.
- Autonomous & Pragmatic: Ability to work independently, handle a high volume of open positions, and take a proactive, hands-on approach.
- Execution-Minded: You thrive in a fast-moving environment, know how to find great people, and move quickly.
