<ul> <li> Lead and manage the accounting operations of the Belgian entity in compliance with BEGAAP and IFRS.</li> <li>Supervise and support the local Accountant in daily operations and month-end closing.</li> <li>Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting to local authorities and group HQ.</li> <li>Manage statutory accounts, annual audits, and tax declarations (VAT, CIT, etc.).</li> <li>Act as the primary contact for auditors, tax consultants, and legal advisors.</li> <li>Drive process improvements and implement best practices in financial control.</li> <li>Monitor and analyse accounting data and produce financial reports or statements.</li> <li>Ensure compliance with internal controls and company policies.</li> <li>Collaborate closely with group finance and other cross-functional teams.</li> </ul>
