- Oversee the annual budgeting, quarterly forecasting, and monthly closing processes for sales models and channels within your area. Serve as a strategic partner to the business, working closely with sales and marketing teams. (50%)
- Engage in discussions around commercial action plans, assess their financial impacts, recommend risk mitigation strategies, and identify opportunities to meet yearly objectives.
- Review and approve pricing proposals for new products. Challenge assumptions to optimize product-version and option mixes. Ensure the appropriate allocation of commercial resources across sales channels.
- Present financial results to the executive committee and Business Units in the region. Perform detailed analyses on volume, margin, and the effectiveness of commercial resources.
- Ensure the successful rollout of approved commercial initiatives, including network communications, payment procedures, and accounting for promotional activities.
- Maintain accurate provisions and provide supporting documentation for auditors during the annual financial close.
