  • Portfolio Follow-up: Providing daily management of requests relative to current credits and offering reliable administrative support to Credit Analysts.
  • Stakeholder Coordination: Acting as a key point of contact for Relationship Managers, Private Bankers, notaries, and insurance companies.
  • Contract Management: Determining the adequate types of agreements, drafting, reviewing, and adapting contractual documents related to credit conditions and collateral (including mortgages).
  • System Operations: Accurate recording of credits within the Bank's computer systems, validating contract integrity (signatures, mentions), requesting technical account openings, and managing credit provisions.
  • Information & Archiving: Supplying information for various attestations and ensuring the rigorous archiving of credit and pledge agreements.
