Responsibilities

As a Customer Success Manager, your primary goal is to contribute significantly to support and accelerate SOPIAD’s revenue growth, from pre-sales to client onboarding. Your responsibilities will include:

• Managing the onboarding process for new customers
• Enhancing customer satisfaction and building customer relationships by providing proactive support throughout the customer life cycle
• Working cross-functionally with delivery and sales teams
• Acting as the first point of contact for customer training and problem-solving
• Providing timely resolution of customer support issues
• Supporting the Sales team in marketing and communication activities
• Participating to sales leads generation

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Business Management with with technology aspects;
• 5 years minimum of experience in delivering B2B customer success, preferably in the financial industry
• Excellent organizational and relational skills and the capacity to work independently to deliver customer success
• Extra-mile enthusiastic with natural empathy
• Can do attitude with proven ability to align internal resources to meet customer requirements and deadlines
• Good verbal and written communication skills (English & French minimum, Dutch would be a real plus)
• Skilled in project management, business analysis and testing
