Stadim’s ESG team supports clients with substantiated yet pragmatic data-driven ESG solutions for real estate. Our expertise in the technical and financial side of real estate enables us to assess essential ESG investments, analyze their impact on investment and returns, and evaluate how sustainability influences real estate value. This allows us to provide well-founded strategic advice for our clients on real estate asset and portfolio management.

To facilitate the sustainable finance cycle and support clients in transitioning their real estate portfolios, Stadim has teamed up with technical partner Bopro. Together, Stadim and Bopro have been selected by ING as preferred partner to support business banking clients in their real estate transition. Furthermore, Stadim's commitment to sustainability is demonstrated by its role as a founding member of the Belgian Green Building Council (BGBC) and its active participation in the VOKA Charter Duurzaam Ondernemen (VCDO).

The job

• You support ESG building scans and develop ESG investment roadmaps to facilitate valuations and support client decision making.
• You contribute to business development initiatives.
• You interact closely with preferred partners (a.o. Bopro) to ensure technical due diligences, certifications, energy audits in line with client needs.
• You contribute to internal projects with the aim to further structurally integrate ESG into the organisation and services and the development of digital tools.
• You support in the investment analysis and valuation of solar panels, EV chargers, wind turbines,…
• You actively follow up sustainability regulations and legislation (e.g. mandatory renovations, regulatory reporting,…) and translate these requirements into practical guidance for clients and into useful inputs for our real estate valuation and advisory assignments.
• You contribute to market research and support in providing trainings on ESG in real estate (Stadim Academy)

Your qualifications

• You have a passion for sustainability and real estate
• You hold a technical master’s degree (civil engineering, architectural engineering, industrial engineering,... or related field) and have 1-2 years of relevant experience in real estate or construction.
• You have a solid understanding of construction processes and are eager to explore their economic and valuation aspects.
• You are a highly organized team player with great interpersonal skills and growth mindset
• You are a strong communicator, able to effectively communicate with both business and technical stakeholders and you love to share knowledge
• You take initiative, anticipate challenges, and adopt a forward-thinking approach.
• You are a critical thinker with focus on innovation and creative problem solving
• You are familiar with agile way of working and have affinity with data
• You are fluent in Dutch, English and/or French.

• Antwerp - Our wide viewed open space is located in the heart of Antwerp, easily accessible and very contemporary.
