Descriptif du poste

Swan is looking for an Engineering Manager to join is tech team of 70+ people for a specific project over a few months.

We build with intent, focusing on solving real problems that matter. In a regulated environment, compliance, security, and resilience are at our core. Our scope focuses particularly on merchant features, from the onboarding of merchant partners to the management of specific payment features: SEPA direct debit transfers, card acquiring, and payment by checks. By joining our team, you’ll have the opportunity to build foundational components that enable Swan’s customers to create innovative financial products and services, directly contributing to our mission of making banking accessible to everyone.
