✨ Your mission
🎯 End-to-End Recruitment Management
Take ownership of the full recruitment lifecycle for Operations roles mainly (KYC, Transaction Monitoring, Support, Fincrime)
Develop and execute targeted sourcing strategies to identify qualified candidates with FinTech and compliance backgrounds
Conduct thorough screening interviews and present shortlisted candidates to hiring managers
Manage the recruitment process through to offer acceptance
✨ Deliver Exceptional Candidate Experience
Ensure a positive and professional candidate journey at every touchpoint
Coordinate interviews efficiently and maintain timely communication
Effectively convey Swan’s story, vision, and culture to candidates
Maintain post-interview engagement and provide clear, transparent feedback
🔍 Strategic Sourcing
Create, conduct and optimize our pipeline for high-volume recruitment in a short time with relevant automatisation, IA, tools
Design creative sourcing strategies across multiple channels (LinkedIn, job boards, FinTech networks, employee referrals)
Build talent pipelines for specialized Operations roles requiring financial services expertise
🤝 Stakeholder Partnership
Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements and team dynamics
Work with HRBPs and department leads to align on recruitment priorities
Provide regular updates on recruitment progress and market insights specific to FinTech talent landscape
📊 Data-Driven Recruitment
Track and monitor key recruitment metrics (time-to-hire, time-to-fill, acceptance rates)
Use data to optimize the recruitment process and improve efficiency
Maintain accurate records in our ATS

✨ You’re a great match if:
Essential FinTech Background
You have 2-4 years of recruitment experience specifically in FinTech, Banking, or Financial Services
Strong experience in high-volume recruitment in a short time (ex : 30 ppl in 6 months)
You understand the FinTech ecosystem and regulatory landscape (KYC, AML, Transaction Monitoring, Compliance)
You have an established network of candidates in Operations, Risk, Compliance, and Fincrime roles
You’re familiar with recruiting for regulated financial services roles and can assess relevant qualifications
Experience recruiting for FinTech scale-ups or challenger banks is highly valued
Skills & Qualities
