Join Tekst as a Solution Engineer

Tekst is excited to expand its team with a Solution Engineer—an integral role at our innovative AI company. In this position, you'll collaborate closely with customers and internal teams to support product evaluations, implementations, and ongoing success. What You’ll Be Doing:

• Serve as a technical point of contact for customers during product onboarding and implementation.
• Customize and deliver product demonstrations tailored to customer needs.
• Assist customers in configuring and optimizing the Tekst platform for their use cases.
• Contribute to creating and maintaining technical documentation, training materials, and customer resources.
• Collaborate with Sales and Customer Success teams to ensure seamless communication and support for our customers.
• Relay customer feedback to Product and Engineering to inform ongoing development.

What Skills and Experience Do You Need?

• 1-2 years of experience in a solution engineering, technical consulting, or related role.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• A customer-centric mindset with the ability to build strong relationships.
• Basic understanding of SaaS platforms and technical problem-solving skills.
• A desire to learn and grow, with a willingness to tackle new challenges.
