At Tekst, we help leading customer operations teams scale their operations. We’re growing fast — and so are our own office operations. Now, we’re looking for someone to bring that same sense of clarity and care to our internal operations.
As our Office Manager, you’ll be the go-to person for everything that keeps Tekst.com running behind the scenes. From organizing team events to handling office logistics, you’ll play a central role in supporting our culture and making sure everyone can do their best work.
What will you be doing?
As Office Manager, you’ll:
- Run the day-to-day operations of our Ghent office
- Make sure the office is always stocked, organized, and a joy to work in
- Organize internal events, offsites, and team lunches
- Support onboarding for new hires (think: equipment, welcome packs, first-day flow)
- Be the point of contact for suppliers, landlords, and service providers
- Help with small admin tasks across HR, finance, and legal (as needed)
- Jump in wherever help is needed — you’re the glue that holds things together

- Have experience in an office, hospitality, operations, or admin role
