What’s it all about?

Our Core Operations department within Payment Operations is looking for committed individuals to support with the processing of incoming and outgoing funds and ensuring all clients receive the best possible service.

You will be working with our Core Operations Teams based in UK, Netherlands, Singapore and US, reporting into our Core Operations Team Leader. This role will require the candidate to work 9am – 5pm Monday to Friday, including UK bank holidays. This is a UK full time remote position.

What we expect of you, day to day:

  • Completing operational processes to deliver the best possible service for our clients accurately and on time.

  • Processing high volume Client Payments in our inhouse back-office system and third party banking portals

  • Maintaining high accuracy and quality while inputting Client beneficiary information.

  • Complete Know Your Customer (KYC) sender classifications on incoming funds

  • Accurately allocate funds to client accounts.

  • Identify and escalate any operational issues, ensuring they are resolved as quickly as possible.

  • Ensure all incoming funds and outgoing payments reach our clients as efficiently as possible with no delays.

  • Develop and maintain adequate knowledge of internal systems/processes and a sound understanding of external payments networks.

  • Handle your time optimally, completing all tasks within SLA

  • Work as part of a global team, embodying our values of communication and collaboration.

Qualifications

  • Have a meticulous and thorough approach with attention to detail.
  • Excellent team working skills
  • Ability to complete tasks efficiently and to a high standard, managing your own workload within SLAs.
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment with multiple tasks and workstreams
  • Perform well under pressure, with outstanding organisation and ability to prioritise.
  • Strong communication, organised and hardworking
  • Ability to build and maintain working relationships in a fast paced remote environment
  • Previous payments or operational processing experience in a banking or fintech environment would be welcomed but is not crucial
