Job Description
The Project Management Team at Visa Money Movement Solutions is responsible for implementing new client integrations and assisting existing clients with upgrade projects. This requires close collaboration with the Business, Solutions, Compliance, and other internal teams to ensure client projects are delivered within the expected timeline and meet quality standards. Team members are also expected to lead programs that drive continuous improvements in operational efficiency and client satisfaction.
What a Launch Management Analyst does at Visa: As a Launch Management Analyst in Visa Money Movement Solutions, your role will be diverse, dynamic, and integral to our operations. Your responsibilities will include:

Project Delivery Management:
Lead cross-functional internal teams to deliver client projects within the expected timeline and meet (or exceed) quality standards.
Coordinate, manage, and support all efforts for implementation planning, communications, and escalations.
Identify project needs and potential showstoppers and address them with mitigating measures.
Scope out new projects, define objectives, deliverables, and timelines. Oversee all stages from inception to completion.
Drive client onboarding compliance due diligence efficiently across stakeholders to ensure timely launches.

Stakeholder Accountability:
Drive enhanced accountability across stakeholders (sales, solutioning, implementation) and execute streamlined processes for advancing strategic high-revenue deals towards market launches.
Manage the sales intake qualification and approvals process to qualify deals within defined SLAs (Service Level Agreements).
Manage expectations from internal and external stakeholders with regular updates and assist in collating operational reports and insights for governance.

Operational Efficiency and Reporting:
Track and measure deal progress through key stage-gates, ensuring milestones are met to optimize Time to Revenue (TTR) metrics and insights.
Track and measure timelines for key onboarding milestones to improve and deliver TTR objectives.
Review the solution pipeline and develop implementation forecasts for capacity planning.
Develop program launch forecasting (Commitments, Best Case, Pipeline) for the AP MMS businesses revenue potentials for program launches to support revenue execution and ramp up for Visa Direct Money Movement Solutions.
Coordinate and publish a periodic launch dashboard with go-to-market commitments
Document and maintain processes, procedures, and operational documents
This is a hybrid position. Expectation of days in office will be confirmed by your Hiring Manager.
Qualifications
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with a strong ability to manage internal and external stakeholders. Able to navigate conversations with stakeholders in a multi-cultural environment.
- Capable of handling competing priorities, time-sensitive deliverables, and making informed decisions. Demonstrating ownership of projects, being able to proactively drive completion of projects and lead strategic discussions with stakeholders for improvement initiatives
- Ability to effectively influence others in cross-functional teams and lead without authority.
- Experience in establishing internal best practices, methodologies, templates, tools, utilities, and processes for appropriate standardization of implementations. Being able to quickly identify meaningful interim solutions in unforeseen circumstances
- Fluency in Mandarin is necessary due to client communication requirements in Mandarin-speaking markets. Proficiency in other North Asian languages such as Korean or Japanese is advantageous.
- Relevant working experience or certification in project management is a plus. Able to manage concurrent projects while maintaining reasonable quality of service to internal / external stakeholders.
- Experience in Compliance, Payments, or Transactional Banking is beneficial.
