We collaborate with Financial Institutions and Fintechs to deliver frictionless experiences that streamline critical business processes such as expense management, compliance, and vendor payments. About the role:

Are you an exceptional product manager with a passion for driving innovation in the B2B payments ecosystem? We are looking for someone like you to join our North America product and go-to-market unit for Visa Commercial Solutions. In this role, you'll effortlessly toggle between intricate technical product details and captivating executive narratives and delivering measurable business outcomes for Visa’s North America B2B Commercial Business. Your strong sense of ownership, vision, curiosity, and critical thinking, coupled with creative problem-solving skills, will set you up for success. Here's how you will shine:

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • With your rapid learning ability and growth mindset, you will innovate and develop new product and growth ideas for the North America B2B segment, focusing on card spend, based on data findings.
  • You will craft compelling presentations that clearly articulate product vision, market opportunity, and business impact.
  • You will define, develop, launch, own, maintain, and B2B solutions.
  • You will translate market needs into actionable business requirements, user stories, personas, and go-to-market deliverables.
  • You will help drive VCS’s B2B strategy, defining and executing comprehensive market approaches that deliver revenue growth and competitive advantage.
  • Through market research, gap analysis, and competitive analysis, you will understand the needs of businesses in the US.
  • You will drive results through influence, negotiation, and collaborative execution.
  • Partnering closely with Account Executives, you will engage in client-facing product discussions and strategic presentations.
  • You will lead and align cross-functional teams without direct management authority, building consensus across global product leads, marketing, sales, compliance, and operations.
  • You will monitor performance metrics and iterate strategies based on market feedback and business outcomes.
  • With your executive presence, you will confidently present and translate technical concepts.
  • Your customer-facing communication excellence will engage broad audiences.
  • You will develop thought leadership, including PowerPoint presentations and public speaking on sales calls/demos.

This is a hybrid position. Expectation of days in office will be confirmed by your hiring manager.

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications:

  • 10 or more years of work experience with a Bachelor’s Degree or at least 8 years of work experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters/ MBA/JD/MD) or at least 3 years of work experience with a PhD


Preferred Qualifications:

  • 12 or more years of work experience with a Bachelor’s Degree or 8-10 years of experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 6+ years of work experience with a PhD
  • Experience in Product/GTM commercial platforms or payments.
  • You have experience setting up initial offerings and use cases with pilot partners.
  • You excel at managing and coordinating complex cross-functional teams, including technical and non-technical resources.
  • As a strong results-oriented leader, you have an analytical and fact-based consultative approach.
  • Your ability to add value through insightful questioning, offering new ideas, and delivering solutions is unmatched.
  • You are team-oriented, collaborative, diplomatic, and flexible, with excellent presentation skills.
  • You can work independently and in a matrixed environment, including projects with clients.
  • You possess extensive experience in product development, strategy, and management within the payments or financial services industry.
  • You have a proven track record of executing successful go-to-market strategies.
  • You have demonstrated product leadership experience with complex deals.
  • Familiarity with Visa products and ecosystem is a plus.
  • An MBA or advanced degree in a related field would further enhance your qualifications.

Additional Information

Work Hours: Varies upon the needs of the department.

Travel Requirements: This position requires travel 5-10% of the time.

Mental/Physical Requirements: This position will be performed in an office setting. The position will require the incumbent to sit and stand at a desk, communicate in person and by telephone, frequently operate standard office equipment, such as telephones and computers.

U.S. APPLICANTS ONLY: The estimated salary range for a new hire into this position is $151,600 to $219,250 USD per year, which may include potential sales incentive payments (if applicable). Salary may vary depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, this position may be eligible for bonus and equity. Visa has a comprehensive benefits package for which this position may be eligible that includes Medical, Dental, Vision, 401 (k), FSA/HSA, Life Insurance, Paid Time Off, and Wellness Program.
