Job Description
The Analyst, Product Rules and Programs plays a key role in conducting program reviews to ensure compliance with Visa’s requirements, monitoring compliance of key rules, supporting waiver requests and program management of key AP Product initiatives. This is an external client-facing role and requires strong collaboration with other functional teams. Beyond operations, the Product Rules and Programs team is evolving to play a more strategic role in identifying changes to drive and support Visa’s strategic initiatives, and using automation and AI to enhance productivity, consistency and support better decision-making.
Key responsibilities:
- Conduct reviews of new consumer Credit, Debit and Prepaid programs, including recent programs such as Crypto and Special Purpose Issuance, to ensure that proposed program meets Visa’s requirements. This involves working with clients as well as collaborating with other functional teams such as Legal, Compliance, Marketing and Sales.
- Work with Global Products to roll out new product review processes or applications.
- Track and monitor compliance with critical product rules that drive Visa’s strategic priorities (e.g., affluent, e-commerce).
- Support the review of product rule waivers and changes across AP Products.
- Support program management and reviews of Network Performance Drive waiver requests.
- Track and monitor the sunset and/or migration of discontinued programs.
- Implement automation and process improvements to continuously drive efficiencies.
This is a hybrid position. Expectation of days in office will be confirmed by your hiring manager.
Qualifications
What you will need:
- Minimum 5 years experience in product or risk management, or compliance
- Excellent organization skills, time management and close attention to detail
- Strong verbal and written communications skills, able to collaborate with clients across Asia Pacific, as well as internal stakeholders across functions
- Self-starter, uses judgement to prioritise work and able to execute certain tasks independently
- Strong drive to continuously find efficiencies through automation, AI and process improvement
