Job Description

The Director, Risk & Identity Solutions Go-to-Market Strategy & Commercialization, will be a valued member of the North America Value Added Services (VAS) team. The leader will help drive the growth of revenue for the region by collaborating with sales, product, and global strategy to make Risk & Identity Solutions products easy to buy and sell.

Success will require that this hire collaborate with and influence many functions across a matrixed organization (e.g., Sales, Product, Marketing, Finance, Operations, Strategy, and Customer Service). This requires organizational savvy and strong interpersonal skills.

We seek a candidate who truly understands B2B sales organizations, and is knowledgeable & passionate about Risk and Identity products. The ideal person is agile, challenges the status quo, simplifies complex topics, and solves problems creatively and analytically.

Responsibilities

Help set & drive the go-to-market strategy of Risk & Identity Products through our sales organization.

  • Helps inform the go-to-market sales vision and owns project managing the successful implementation of those plans and strategies.
  • Regional Product Commercialization: Manage the regional commercialization process of risk & identity products through their full lifecycle. This includes overseeing product development, coordinating with regional sales and marketing teams to prepare for product launch, and tracking product performance post-launch.
  • Market Research: Execute market research and competitive benchmarking for current and future risk & identity products. Gather and document client feedback to help Regional and Global Product leaders manage roadmaps.
  • Sales Enablement: Collaborate with local partners to drive sales excellence through ongoing training and support to the sales team. Develop and implement sales enablement strategies and programs that support the sales team in their efforts to sell more effectively.

This is a hybrid position. Expectation of days in office will be confirmed by your Hiring Manager.

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications
• 10 or more years of work experience with a Bachelor’s Degree or at least 8 years of work experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters/ MBA/JD/MD) or at least 3 years of work experience with a PhD

Preferred Qualifications
• 12 or more years of work experience with a Bachelor’s Degree or 8-10 years of experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 6+ years of work experience with a PhD
• Experience in sales strategy/operations
• Knowledgeable about risk & identity solutions
• Exceptional strategic problem-solving skills, and influencing skills—to drive
tactical business outcomes within a global matrixed organization
• Consultative/entrepreneurial-mindset, with proven ability to cultivate high-
performance & drive operational transformation
• Self-starter with experience in cultivating business partnerships at a
divisional/executive level, with proven success in linking business strategies to
business outcomes
• Demonstrated ability implementing strategic initiatives, policies, and
operational decisions
• Low Ego and strong desire to win as a team – pride of outcome vs. ownership mentality

Additional Information

Work Hours: Varies upon the needs of the department.

Travel Requirements: This position requires travel 5-10% of the time.

Mental/Physical Requirements: This position will be performed in an office setting. The position will require the incumbent to sit and stand at a desk, communicate in person and by telephone, frequently operate standard office equipment, such as telephones and computers.

U.S. APPLICANTS ONLY: The estimated salary range for a new hire into this position is 137,300 to 234,200 USD per year, which may include potential sales incentive payments (if applicable). Salary may vary depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, this position may be eligible for bonus and equity.
