Job Description
The ideal candidate is an Assoc. Cybersecurity Engineer with a strong background in AI/ML. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and implementing solutions that leverage Large Language Models (LLMs) and agentic AI systems to enable automation across a range of security functions. You will work closely with security leads and subject matter experts to apply AI and machine learning to inline security platforms, including firewalls, proxies, SASE, and Arbor DDoS systems. Your key duties will involve optimizing models, managing the full MLOps lifecycle from data to deployment, and writing high-quality Python code. Strong proficiency in frameworks like LangChain, Hugging Face, or LlamaIndex is essential. Experience with containerization (Docker/Kubernetes) is also required to streamline model deployment and integration.
Essential Functions:
- Design and Develop AI Solutions: Architect and implement solutions leveraging Large Language Models (LLMs) and transformer models. This includes fine-tuning, adapting, and optimizing models for specific applications.
- Optimize and Scale Models: Implement and enhance machine learning and Deep Learning models, focusing on performance, scalability, and efficiency.
- Build Autonomous AI Systems: Collaborate on the development and integration of agentic AI systems that can make autonomous decisions to automate complex processes.
- Manage the ML Lifecycle: Contribute to the full machine learning lifecycle, from data preprocessing and feature engineering to model training, evaluation, tuning, deployment, and monitoring.
- Implement MLOps: Apply MLOps practices to automate and streamline model deployment pipelines, versioning, continuous integration, and delivery.
- Write High-Quality Code: Develop clean, efficient, and maintainable Python code to build both ML models and AI-driven applications.
- Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work closely with data engineering, software development, and product teams to successfully deploy models into production environments.
- Innovate and Stay Current: Stay informed on the latest advancements in AI research and emerging technologies to continuously innovate and improve our solutions.
This is a hybrid position. Expectation of days in office will be confirmed by your Hiring Manager.
