The marketing function has overall responsibility to drive Visa transactions. Also leads the communications strategy, planning and implementation of all global, regional and local marketing programs in support of marketing strategies and objectives in all brand, product, client and innovation platforms. Come join Visa to play a pivotal role in enhancing our brand presence and engagement. If you are seeking a dynamic and strategic Marketing Manager to join our marketing team. As Affluent Segment Marketing Manager, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing comprehensive brand strategies to enhance our brand presence and drive business growth within the Affluent segment.
Main Responsibilities
- Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies to increase brand presence and drive sales within the Affluent segment. This includes both online and offline campaigns aligned with company-wide objectives.
- Work closely with the product teams to design and launch new offerings that cater to the unique needs and expectations of the Affluent segment.
- Utilize data-driven insights to identify opportunities within the Affluent segment, segment customers effectively, and create targeted campaigns based on behavioral insights.
- Partner with customer experience and operations teams to ensure every brand touchpoint is relevant and reflects the exclusivity of the Affluent segment.
- Establish and nurture relationships with key stakeholders, influencers, and partners.
- Oversee and optimize the marketing budget to maximize ROI on campaigns targeted at Affluent clients.
- Lead and inspire a team of marketing professionals, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, consumer preferences, and competitive landscapes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent brand messaging across all channels.
This is a hybrid position. Expectation of days in office will be confirmed by your hiring manager.
Qualifications
Basic Qualifications
- 5 or more years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor's Degree or at least 2 years of work experience with an Advanced degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 0 years of work experience with a PhD
Preferred Qualifications
- Minimum 5-7 years of experience in marketing.
- Very strong verbal and written communication skills. Fluent English.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, problem solving skills, customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Strong understanding of brand development, marketing strategies, and consumer behavior.
- Demonstration of past successes in planning and executing brand campaigns that have increased brand visibility and user engagement.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to think creatively and strategically, with a keen eye for detail.
- Results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving measurable outcomes.
