Support team knowledge management efforts, including platform adoption, optimization, and ongoing gathering of content collection, to facilitate cross-sharing of knowledge worldwide.
Support internal and external event participation by writing talking points, speeches, preparing slides, and supporting storytelling efforts for leaders.
Embed robust analytics and measurement processes into communications strategies and analyze and share relevant metrics to stakeholders to demonstrate communications plans effectiveness and drive ongoing improvement.
Develop effective communication efforts and team culture projects to drive employee engagement and foster a better understanding of VCA’s business across the organization, with clients, and the media, such as white papers, reports, infographics, and more.
