Job Description

About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and analytically driven AI Implementation Associate to join our VAS (Value-Added Services) Pricing & Deals team. This role is ideal for an early-career professional passionate about applying artificial intelligence to real-world pricing strategies, deal optimization, and operational efficiency. You will play a key role in identifying, piloting, and scaling AI-driven solutions that enhance our pricing models and deal execution processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for AI integration in pricing and deal workflows.
  • Ensure use cases have a real impact on the business. Success will not be judged by the elegance of the AI solution but by: time saved, deal time reduced, revenue increased.
  • Research and keep up to date on the latest innovations in AI and be good at explaining AI technology to people with little expertise in this field
  • Design, develop, and deploy basic machine learning models to support pricing accuracy, deal velocity, and margin optimization.
  • Analyze large datasets to uncover insights and trends that inform pricing strategies.
  • Partner with AI tech team and members of pricing and deals to ensure seamless implementation of AI solutions.
  • Monitor and evaluate the performance of AI tools post-deployment, providing feedback and driving continuous improvement.
  • Assist in creating documentation, training materials, and presentations to support adoption across the team.

This is a hybrid position. Expectation of days in office will be confirmed by your Hiring Manager.

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications

  • Minimum of 6 months of work experience or a Bachelor's Degree


Preferred Qualifications

  • 2 or more years of work experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Economics, Business Analytics, or a related field.
  • 6 months to 2 years of experience in data analysis, AI/ML implementation, or pricing strategy (internships included).
  • Familiarity with Python, SQL, or other data tools, experience with AI/ML frameworks is a plus.
  • Familiarity with data visualization tools.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to translate technical concepts into business value.
  • A collaborative mindset and eagerness to learn in a fast-paced environment.
  • Exposure to pricing models, revenue management, or deal desk operations.
  • Experience working with Microsoft Dynamics or similar enterprise platforms.
  • Understanding of ethical AI practices and data governance.

Additional Information

Work Hours: Varies upon the needs of the department.

Travel Requirements: This position requires travel 5-10% of the time.

U.S. APPLICANTS ONLY: The estimated salary range for a new hire into this position is 70,600.00 to 99,700.00 USD per year, which may include potential sales incentive payments (if applicable). Salary may vary depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, this position may be eligible for bonus and equity.
