Solution Summary:
The Visa Direct solution suite offers a range of money movement services designed to streamline and enhance the process of transferring funds. These solutions are designed to serve individuals, businesses, and financial institutions. Here are some key offerings:
Visa Direct: An end-to-end payment service that facilitates real-time funds delivery to financial accounts using card credentials.
VPL: Payments Limited (VPL) is a wholly owned subsidiary of Visa and accepts payout instructions and funds (directly or indirectly) from Visa Direct Clients/Originating Entity and uses a proprietary network via its Network Partners to send the payout to the Recipient Financial Institution, Wallet Operator or Wallet Aggregator.
Visa B2B Connect: A solution designed for high-value corporate cross-border payments, offering a new way for businesses to make international payments with improved speed, security, and transparency.
Visa Account to Account (A2A) Transfer: Enables consumers and businesses to send money to any eligible debit card domestically and internationally.
Visa Cross Border Solutions (VXBS): VXBS, or Visa Cross Border Solutions, is a part of Visa's suite of payment solutions that aims to provide efficient, reliable, and secure cross-border payments. It's designed to simplify and streamline international transactions for businesses, making it easier for them to operate globally. This could involve facilitating payments to international suppliers, managing the overseas payroll, or handling other cross-border transactions. Team Summary:
Visa Direct Enterprise Client (VDEC) Group focuses on the top global revenue generating accounts across the suite of products and solutions. Our mission is to provide exceptional support to this portfolio of clients and to bring them new market-leading offerings that create tremendous value and delight end consumer users as well as meet clear areas of demand for payment and related services across money movement. The team will introduce innovative technologies to enable and secure Visa money movement transactions around the globe. This team will be responsible for top line revenue growth of these multi-region, global clients. To affect this transformational support effort, we are looking for individuals who are enthusiastic about our customers bringing innovation and delivering truly differentiated user experiences for their specific marketplaces. Successful execution of this role will be achieved through a combination of excellent communication skills including presentation of highly complex scenarios in a meaningful and impactful manner, deep VD product and payments industry knowledge, and a passion for taking Visa’s rapidly expanding money movement offerings to this key set of clients.
Role Summary:
The Operations Performance & Insights Analyst is a newly created role within the VDEC Global Solutioning Team. You will work closely with client executives, product teams, network partner teams, data & insights teams, and client success managers to monitor and improve the operational performance of Visa’s most strategic clients.
This role focuses on:
Proactively identifying and resolving client operational issues.
Tracking and managing issues across multiple clients and regions.
Recommending and prioritizing product and process enhancements based on operational data and client feedback.
You will be a key link between operational execution, data insights, and client satisfaction — ensuring Visa delivers best-in-class service and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
Monitor client operational KPIs and service metrics to detect trends, risks, and opportunities.
Proactively identify recurring or emerging client issues and drive them to resolution.
Track open issues across clients, ensuring accountability and timely follow-up.
Recommend and help prioritize product or process improvements.
Partner with product teams to ensure operational readiness for new capabilities and launches.
Build and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations to track operational performance.
Translate complex operational data into actionable recommendations.
Present findings to leadership, client executives, and cross-functional teams.
Collaborate with finance, legal, business operations, and product groups to develop standardized reporting.
Partner with regional teams to align on operational priorities and share best practices.

The ideal candidate will likely have:
• Experience in operations, client delivery, issue management, or analytics (payments/financial services preferred).
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data visualization tools.
• Experience in issue tracking, root cause analysis, and process improvement.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills.
• Willingness to travel as required.
