Job Description
Under the guidance & direction of the Regional Manager, this position is responsible for the end-to-end planning, implementation and execution of the Visa merchant sales and acquiring strategy for the select markets. This covers all business priorities including Client engagement, developing market wide initiatives to expand the acceptance landscape, Represent Visa to the clients (Existing, new, and prospect) by providing a point of contact to them, with permanent high quality support on the Visa organization, products, systems, and policies as well as contributing to the strategies and plans to develop and implements value propositions for clients and partners.
This is a hybrid position. Expectation of days in office will be confirmed by your hiring manager.
Qualifications
- Strong sales and relationship management capabilities with a clear understand of the market landscape.
- Strong commercial acumen with P&L responsibility
- Strong communication, interpersonal and collaboration skills are needed to influence direction and change attitudes and decisions of senior level international bankers
- Proven relationship management and negotiation skills.
- Good analytical skills and commercial acumen.
- Strong execution and project management capabilities.
