Job Description
Visa’s Affluent Platforms division within the Global Affluent & Benefits organization is responsible for building products and capabilities that are critical for growing Visa’s card payments especially in the Affluent segment. As a key member of the Affluent Platforms team, this role will be responsible for the ongoing product management, development and expansion of global Visa Affluent platform products, which include APIs, UIs, backend systems and solution partners that enable Visa and Issuers to create, manage and distribute powerful cardholder value propositions globally. This role involves supporting and spearheading the development of new features, improving existing ones, and ensuring the overall functionality of the product platforms with special focus on distributing benefits in conjunction with benefit partners. In addition, this role will drive the strategic solutioning of the benefits distribution capability, ensuring alignment with regions and, the global Affluent platform vision.
Key activities include:
- Supporting regions and other stakeholders in delivering the distribution of global and regional benefit experiences
- Driving the working relationships that deliver upon requirements across various stakeholders including 3rd party partners
- Establishing and growing the relationship with tech partners to ensure end to end delivery of the full benefits value chain solution
- Establishing and growing the relationship with key areas of the business including the global design, legal and privacy teams.
- Supporting delivery teams with clarity where needed and actively solving for blockers
- Own appropriate Visa, Benefit Partner and 3rd Party Partner roadmaps and backlogs
- Act as subject matter expert on all aspects of benefit distribution and benefit partner integrations.
- Drive stakeholder communication including user guides, implementation guides and sales packs as well as stakeholder education, training and socialization sessions.

- Product Solutions: Drive and develop product strategy and solutions
- Process: Establish, document, and refine development and operational processes for the product and product development and operational engagement for partners with the distribution capabilities.
- Product Engagements: Build key relationships with regional and global stakeholders to ensure product requirements are well-rounded and prioritized appropriately.
- Operational Activities: Build key relationships with business and technology teams to ensure solutions are aligned and delivered.
This is a hybrid position. Expectation of days in the office will be confirmed by your Hiring Manager.
Qualifications
Basic Qualifications:
- 8 or more years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor Degree or at least 5 years of experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 2 years of work experience with a PhD
Preferred Qualifications
- 9 or more years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor Degree or 7 or more relevant years of experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 3 or more years of experience with a PhD
- 6 + years of experience in product management, technology product development, or a related field.
- Experience and comfort adapting to work on different types of products
- Experience leading and managing complex, cross-functional technical projects including familiarity with integration technology and self-serve administrative functions.
- Superior strategic thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with demonstrated intellectual and analytical rigor and attention to detail.
- Strong technical literacy, ability to work closely with engineering and technical teams.
- Personal presence and ability to clearly communicate compelling messages to senior stakeholders and external business partners.
- Proactive self-starter, team oriented, collaborative, diplomatic, and adaptable, with excellent presentation skills, including strong oral and writing capabilities.
- Experience in and/or significant exposure to the payments, financial services, or technology sectors especially where integration between different organizations is key.
Additional Information

Work Hours: Varies upon the needs of the department.
Travel Requirements: This position requires travel 5-10% of the time.

U.S. APPLICANTS ONLY: The estimated salary range for a new hire into this position is 169,100.00 to 245,400.00 USD per year, which may include potential sales incentive payments (if applicable). Salary may vary depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, this position may be eligible for bonus and equity.
