Job Description

Our apprenticeship program is designed for curious, motivated individuals who want to learn how a global company operates and who are ready to take on responsibility early on. As an Office Management Assistant Apprentice, you will gain hands-on experience across multiple business areas while completing your formal apprenticeship qualification in cooperation with IHK Frankfurt.

What you will do

Responsibilities

During your apprenticeship, you will rotate through at least five different teams and gain broad insight into how Visa works. Typical responsibilities include:

  • Supporting day-to-day business operations in areas such as Office Management, Finance, Marketing, Client Services, Risk or Product
  • Assisting with administrative and organisational tasks, coordination activities and internal processes
  • Participating in team meetings and contributing ideas and input
  • Building a solid understanding of business processes in an international environment
  • Completing your apprenticeship according to the official IHK Ausbildungsplan for Office Management

Alongside your role, you will actively be part of Visa’s culture by joining Employee Resource Groups (e.g. Young Professionals, Women in Tech, Visa Pride) and by building your professional network through social and learning events.

Qualifications

We are looking for someone who is eager to learn, organised and interested in working in a global company.

Requirements

  • German Abitur (or equivalent qualification) or university degree
  • B2 level German and fluency in English
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Right to work in Germany
  • Availability to start full-time from September 2026
