What is it all about?
Tink, part of Visa Open Banking, is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Market Integration Coordinator to join our team.
In this role, you will help recruit, manage, and build strong relationships with local consultants across the EU. You will also support market research, compliance, and product quality initiatives. This is a great opportunity for someone who is organized, proactive, and enjoys working with people, processes, and detailed information.
Strong written and spoken English is required. Experience in administrative roles within finance, banking, or insurance is a plus, and an interest in the fintech industry would be an advantage.

What We Expect Of You, Day By Day
- Recruit and coordinate local consultants across the EU
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with consultants to support effective day-to-day collaboration
- Ensure consultants have the resources and access they need to deliver their work successfully
- Obtain and manage credentials for financial integrations
- Support different teams across Tink with tasks related to consultant deliverables
- Contribute to market research and insights, with a focus on compliance and product quality
- Document and standardise product user journeys for financial integrations
- Help prepare reports on the quality of Open Banking across Europe for internal and external stakeholders
Qualifications

- Highly organized — comfortable handling important and sensitive information in a structured way
- Detail-oriented — able to work carefully and accurately across multiple tasks
- Proactive and self-driven — able to plan, manage, and deliver your own work while asking for support when needed
- A strong communicator — with excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills to build lasting relationships with consultants and colleagues
- Experience in administrative or coordination roles, project management is nice to have
- Good to have a background in finance, banking, or insurance, and/or interest in fintech and Open Banking
