Job Description
The Sponsorship Manager, Affluent will support the development and delivery of Visa’s affluent sponsorship workstream, with a primary focus on Visa Infinite.
This role is based in Warsaw. The role is focused on shaping and delivering affluent sponsorship experiences that enhance the Visa Infinite offering for Issuers, by translating sponsorship rights into premium, market-ready program and experiences that markets can plan against and deploy through a B2B2C model.
You will partner closely with sponsorship property leads and cross-functional teams to co-create and execute dedicated affluent program across priority partnerships.

Job Description
The Sponsorship Manager, Affluent will support the development and delivery of Visa’s affluent sponsorship workstream, with a primary focus on Visa Infinite.

You will partner closely with sponsorship property leads and cross-functional teams to co-create and execute dedicated affluent program across priority partnerships.
What we expect of you, day to day.
- Co-create and deliver dedicated affluent program with sponsorship property leads, from concept through execution and wrap.
- Translate sponsorship rights into clear, deliverable experience concepts and activation plans that can be packaged for Issuers to support the Visa Infinite proposition.
- Create and maintain a forward-looking experiences catalogue and calendar, giving markets and issuer-facing teams clear visibility of what is available, when, and what lead times apply.
- Build and maintain playbooks and repeatable activation approaches across the affluent experience pillars, ensuring quality and consistency while remaining adaptable to local market needs.
- Drive cross-functional coordination across Product, Marketing, and market teams to ensure program are aligned, executable, and delivered to agreed objectives.
- Support event, operations, and hospitality delivery requirements to ensure experiences are executed to a premium standard end to end.
- Manage delivery mechanics across activations, including agency coordination, timelines, internal approvals, and governance in line with contractual rights and brand standards.
- Contribute to post-activation reviews and performance summaries, capturing insights and learnings to improve future delivery.
- Support sprint-based workstreams across the wider European sponsorship agenda as required, such as pilots, toolkits, activation frameworks, or priority launches.
Qualifications
- Relevant experience in sponsorship activation, experiential marketing, events, brand partnerships, or adjacent fields.
- Strong project management skills, with attention to detail and delivery discipline.
- Strong cross-functional working capability, able to align multiple stakeholders and keep delivery moving.
- Experience working with agencies and external partners.
- Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting live events, operations, and hospitality programmes.
- Experience working across European markets and with local market teams.
- Experience building playbooks, toolkits, or repeatable delivery frameworks.
