Job Description
This role is responsible for supporting revenue impacting pricing and billing activities, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and compliance of client billing and related system setups. The position is hands‑on and requires strong analytical capability, systems understanding, and the ability to operate effectively in a complex, fast‑ changing‑ environment.
The role partners closely with Sales Operations, CIT and Business stakeholders to resolve billing issues, manage debt collection and continuously improve processes and documentation. Critical thinking, attention to detail, and clear communication are essential.
Qualifications
Basic Qualifications:
5 or more years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor's Degree or at least 2 years of work experience with an Advanced degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 0 years of work experience with a PhD
Preferred Qualifications:
6 or more years of work experience with a Bachelor's Degree or 4 or more years of relevant experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or up to 3 years of relevant experience with a PhD
3 or more years of work experience with a Bachelor’s Degree or an Advanced Degree (e.g. Master’s, MBA, or equivalent experience)
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Systems, or a related quantitative field
Progressive operational experience in a complex environment, preferably within a large, multi‑national, publicly traded organisation
Strong understanding of billing, pricing, revenue operations, or related finance processes
Experience with process improvement methodologies (e.g. Lean Six Sigma, BPR, BPM, Business Analysis) and applying them in a project or continuous improvement environment
Strong data analysis skills and experience in testing, validation, quality assurance, or user acceptance testing

Job Description
This role is responsible for supporting revenue impacting pricing and billing activities, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and compliance of client billing and related system setups. - Manage the delinquent debt to tolerable levels and work to improve the debt collection process
- Support the delivery of the monthly billing by review, validations, investigating the root cause of problems in the billing system and/or in the upstream systems
- Analyse system setups and data, ensuring governance is followed and reviewing and validating system changes, including documenting evidence for audit
- Support the identification, evaluation, and resolution of billing and transaction issues in collaboration with the business, Sales Operations, Data, CIT and clients
- Support the waiver process by responding to queries from various internal stakeholders
- Balance Sheet Account reconciliations
- Review and challenge existing processes and documentation, identifying opportunities for continuous improvement and designing optimal end‑state processes
- Support the wider Revenue Operations team and ad‑hoc analysis and projects, as required
