Visa Consulting and Analytics (VCA) is the consulting arm of Visa, and drives tangible, impactful results for clients. Drawing on our expertise in consulting, data analytics, technology, payments and economics, VCA solves the most strategic problems for our clients. VCA's core client segments include issuers, acquirers, merchants, fintech's, payment enablers and governments.
We are looking for a Commercial Operations Specialist to join the Visa Consulting & Analytics (VCA), Nordics & Baltics team, where you will play a key role in supporting day‑to‑day operations. This role is focused on ensuring strong operational governance, high quality data, and supporting financial and reporting processes that enable consulting teams to operate efficiently.
You will work closely with consulting teams and cross-functional partners across Europe to support platform adoption, resolve operational and data issues, and deliver accurate financial and performance reporting. As a Commercial Operations Specialist, you will work directly with the VCA Cluster Lead and provide data, analysis and insights that guide commercial decision-making. This role blends hands-on operational ownership with analytical problem‑solving, process improvement, and the continuous optimization of ways of working. We are passionate about operational excellence and continuously improving how we work.

Primary Responsibilities
- Champion end-to-end VCA operational processes, ensuring consistent execution across the cluster and compliance with defined VCA and Visa policies and controls
- Be accountable for the quality, accuracy, and consistency of data in project management tools, ensuring strong governance and enabling the teams self-sufficiency
- Serve as a primary point of contact for the day-to-day operational queries, providing guidance to consulting teams and the VCA Cluster Lead, supporting in issue resolution and promoting a self-serve culture
- Drive adoption and effective use of central platforms and tools, ensuring standardized ways of working, reinforcing data discipline, and working closely with the Hub to support platform improvements
- Deliver financial and operational analysis, including revenue and cost pipeline tracking, P&L monitoring, AOP and Outlook support
- Support month and quarter end financial close, reviewing financial reports, analyzing variances and data discrepancies, and working with Finance to ensure accurate reporting
- Proactively identify pain points and areas of improvement to drive operational initiatives in alignment with the Hub, aimed at increasing efficiency, scalability and deliver tangible value to the team
- Act as a two-way liaison between consulting teams and the Hub by proactively sharing feedback, surfacing challenges and proposing new ideas and best practices
- Leverage automation and AI capabilities to identify more efficient ways of working, reducing manual effort and administrative activities
- Collaborate with other Commercial Operations Specialists and Hub teams to build, share and embed best practices across clusters
Qualifications

- Demonstrated teamwork skills and with the ability to collaborate closely with multiple partners at various levels within the business
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including presentation and stakeholder communication skills
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills; driving insight from large data sets
- Strong proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel), including use of Copilot for productivity and analysis
- Experience with Microsoft Power Platform (e.g. Power Automate) to support workflow automation and operational efficiency is desirable
- Self-motivated, results oriented and with the ability to handle a high volume of tasks concurrently
- Highly organized individual with strong attention to detail
- You have a proven ability to thrive in high pressure situations and a fast-paced environment
