What’s It All About?
As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you will join our Experienced Hire Talent Acquisition team and play a key role in delivering full‑lifecycle recruiting across a range of business functions.
You will be a trusted consultant/adviser to the business, able to work a high number of roles at a time, partnering closely with hiring managers and People Business Partners across Europe to align hiring strategies with organizational priorities.
This role offers the opportunity to combine hands‑on recruiting excellence with strategic advisory work, while shaping exceptional candidate and stakeholder experiences at scale.

What You’ll Do Day to Day
- Act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers, senior leaders, and People Business Partners. Partnering closely to understand functional and country-level strategies, ensuring talent plans align with Visa’s broader vision.
- Deliver exceptional candidate and stakeholder experiences through a high-touch, consultative recruitment approach
- Develop and maintain robust talent pipelines using proactive sourcing strategies and employer branding
- Leverage data, analytics, and market insights to inform hiring strategies and drive continuous improvement.
- Deliver a high‑quality, efficient hiring experience, balancing speed, rigor, and consistency.
- Represent Visa as a brand ambassador, engaging top talent and external partners across the market.
Qualifications
What We’re Looking For
- End‑to‑end talent acquisition experience within a global, matrixed organization.
- Exceptional English communication skills; additional European languages are a plus.
- Excellent abilities in interviewing, influencing, negotiation, organisation, and problem‑solving, with experience hiring for specialised roles.
- Proven expertise across multiple sourcing channels, including LinkedIn, social media, referrals, local tools, and internal mobility programs.
- Demonstrated ability to use recruitment metrics and analytics to deliver meaningful insights and influence hiring decisions.
- A results‑driven, collaborative professional who thrives in a changing environment and builds effective stakeholder partnerships.
