Job Description
This is a fixed-term Summer Internship (11 weeks, during the holiday period) designed for students who want hands-on exposure to how strategy, operations, and data-driven products work in a large, international organisation.
As an Intern in the Strategy & Operations function within Data Science & Data Solutions, you will support analytical, coordination, and execution activities across strategy, product, data science, and commercial teams. The role is learning-focused, practical, and offers close collaboration with experienced professionals and senior stakeholders.

Job Description

As an Intern in the Strategy & Operations function within Data Science & Data Solutions, you will support analytical, coordination, and execution activities across strategy, product, data science, and commercial teams. What You Will Do
Strategy & Market Insight Support
- Support analysis of market trends, client needs, and competitive developments in the data, analytics, and AI space
- Help gather, structure, and synthesise inputs from consulting, product, and client-facing teams
- Assist in preparing clear summaries and insights to support strategic discussions and decision-making
- Support coordination across Data Science, Product, Strategy, and Consulting teams
- Help prepare updates, materials, and documentation to keep initiatives aligned and on track
- Assist with tracking actions, dependencies, and risks across cross-functional activities
- Support the preparation of presentations and materials for decision-making and governance forums (e.g. SteerCo, leadership reviews, internal governance meetings)
- Help structure slides, storyline, and supporting materials for senior stakeholder discussions
- Assist in creating and maintaining internal materials describing data and AI use cases, value propositions, and client narratives
- Help organise and consolidate commercial and product inputs from different regions or teams
- Help maintain trackers and simple dashboards related to project status, approvals, and initiatives
- Support documentation and continuous improvement of internal processes and workflows
- Assist in preparing summaries and status updates for alignment and governance forums
- Support coordination of activities related to data usage, approvals, and governance processes
- Help track initiatives moving through risk, privacy, and compliance workflows
- Gain exposure to how data and AI products operate in a regulated, privacy-focused environment
During the internship, you will gain exposure to:

Required
- Current student (Bachelor’s or Master’s) in Business, Economics, Engineering, Data, Computer Science, or a related field
- Strong analytical and structuring skills (especially slides and written materials)
- Interest in strategy, operations, data, analytics, and technology
- Good communication skills in English
- Previous internship, project, or academic experience related to strategy, consulting, analytics, or technology
- Basic understanding of data analytics or business intelligence concepts
- Comfort working in a structured, fast-paced, and cross-functional environment

- Comfortable working with presentations, documents, trackers, and coordination tasks
- Detail-oriented, organised, and proactive
- Interested in building early experience in strategy, operations, or data-driven roles
