The Delivery & Implementation team at Pismo acts as the primary point of contact for day‑to‑day delivery, ensuring high‑quality execution across solution design, configuration, testing, and go‑live activities. They work closely with clients and cross‑functional Pismo teams to drive smooth, timely, and scalable implementations of the Pismo platform.

Job Description
The Delivery & Implementation team at Pismo acts as the primary point of contact for day‑to‑day delivery, ensuring high‑quality execution across solution design, configuration, testing, and go‑live activities. They work closely with clients and cross‑functional Pismo teams to drive smooth, timely, and scalable implementations of the Pismo platform.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and execute end‑to‑end implementation workstreams for Cards, Payments, and Core Banking solutions across EU markets.
- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned workstreams, providing regular updates and managing expectations with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Identify delivery risks and cross‑functional dependencies, escalate issues and propose mitigation strategies.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to align on objectives and deliverables.
- Conduct client workshops, validate business and technical needs, and configure platform modules to meet the client requirements.
- Coordinate technical integrations and API validation with engineering and architecture teams.
- Ensure certification readiness, and support scheme testing (Visa or Mastercard).
- Manage migration activities, data mapping, cutover planning, and go‑live execution.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying process inefficiencies and recommending optimizations.
Qualifications
- Proven domain expertise in Cards, Payments, and Core Banking, with experience delivering projects across the EU.
- Hands‑on experience with API‑based platforms, microservices, integrations, and cloud‑native architectures (AWS preferred).
- Ability to configure platform modules including BIN setup, authorization flows, fees, limits etc.
- Demonstrated ability to own the overall client delivery end‑to‑end, including: onboarding, configuration, testing and pilot.
- Experience producing implementation plans, RAID logs, and handover artefacts.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills across cross‑functional and multicultural environments.
- Ability to work independently, with ownership and accountability in remote or distributed teams.
- Experience with modern issuer‑processing and core banking systems.
- Familiarity with Visa or Mastercard certification processes (CIQ, BIN configuration, scheme mandates).
- Experience delivering migration projects (e.g., processor replacement, ledger migrations).
- Understanding of EU regulatory frameworks: PSD2, SCA, PCI DSS, and GDPR.
