Job Description

The Manager, Business Management Support plays a critical role in enabling effective performance management and governance across CEMEA by providing high‑quality data, analysis, and reporting support. The role underpins leadership decision‑making by ensuring performance and governance forums are supported with accurate, timely, and well‑structured information.

Working closely with the BPO teams, this role focuses on data provision, analysis, and report production, supporting a disciplined regional performance and governance rhythm across planning cycles, leadership forums, and executive engagements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support regional performance management activities, including OKR analysis, scorecards, and performance reporting
  • Produce accurate, timely reports and materials, including Scorecards, and All Staff materials
  • Conduct data extraction and validation for regional, geo, and cluster datasets
  • Maintain and update recurring performance outputs such as CEMEA “At a Glance” and other material
  • Support data provision and analysis for market and executive visits, ensuring consistency and accuracy
  • Logistical support for CLT governance events, including agenda packs, data inputs, and action logs
  • Maintain action tracking and follow‑up across governance forums, supporting prioritisation and execution discipline
  • Apply GenAI‑enabled and automation tools to improve efficiency, accuracy, and repeatability of data analysis and reporting, in line with established governance and standards

This is a hybrid position. Expectation of days in office will be confirmed by your hiring manager.

Qualifications

Experience in business management support, analytics, or governance support roles within a corporate, consulting, or shared‑services environment

Demonstrated experience in data extraction, analysis, and report production for leadership or governance forums

Strong analytical skills, with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail

Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint, with the ability to present data clearly and effectively

Experience with data and visualisation tools (e.g., Power BI) is an advantage
