  • Support executive‑level engagements and market visits through stakeholder coordination and preparation of briefing materials.

Project Management

  • Ensure OKRs and strategic initiatives across the function are tracking to plan, supporting regular updates to AP Regional and Global People leadership.
  • Communicate effectively with both working‑level professionals and senior leaders in a clear, concise, and thoughtful manner.

Engagement & Capability Building

  • Design and execute year‑long People Team engagement cadences, including learning sessions and town halls.
  • Champion AI adoption, integration, and fluency across the People Team.

Operational Excellence & Collaboration

  • Standardize, improve, and automate People Team processes to build a best‑in‑class function (e.g., templates, repositories, schedules, operating procedures).
  • Engage stakeholders proactively to ensure alignment and sound recommendations, including independently leading meetings.
  • Demonstrate strong judgment, accountability, and ownership in managing work independently.
