Job Description
Visa is seeking a proactive, organized, and creative sponsorship associate to support both global and local sponsorship initiatives in Ukraine and in CIS, Central Asia and Southeastern Europe region. This role includes close collaboration with Visa’s global sponsorship platforms and local cultural, music, gaming, social, and sports partnerships in Ukraine and beyond.

2–4 years of experience in marketing, sponsorship, events, or project management Understanding of the sponsorship landscape in Ukraine and CISSEE markets Experience with global marketing platforms is a plus Understanding of 360° marketing campaigns (digital, social, content, offline) Experience working with agencies and multiple stakeholders Strong project management skills and attention to detail Fluency in English and Ukrainian Initiative, organizational skills, and ability to work in a fast‑paced environment

Job Description
Visa is seeking a proactive, organized, and creative sponsorship associate to support both global and local sponsorship initiatives in Ukraine and in CIS, Central Asia and Southeastern Europe region. This role includes close collaboration with Visa’s global sponsorship platforms and local cultural, music, gaming, social, and sports partnerships in Ukraine and beyond.
Key Responsibilities
- Support CISSEE teams in localizing global sponsorship platforms, manage processes such as ticketing, hospitality packages, brand approvals, and compliance
- Support local partnerships, coordinate with creative, production, PR, and event agencies, oversee budgets, contracts, and documentation
- Maintain documentation and ensure compliance for all sponsorship initiatives. Collect campaign performance data and prepare presentations, develop post‑campaign reports with agencies.
