Job Description

This role is responsible for supporting revenue impacting pricing and billing activities, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and compliance of client billing and related system setups. The position is hands‑ on and requires strong analytical capability, systems understanding, and the ability to operate effectively in a complex, fast‑ changing‑ environment.

The role partners closely with Finance, Technology, Product Owners, and Business stakeholders to deliver pricing changes, resolve billing issues, and continuously improve processes and documentation. Critical thinking, attention to detail, and clear communication are essential.

  • Support the delivery of complex pricing and product changes, ensuring appropriate processes, systems, and controls are in place
  • Lead and deliver multiple pricing and billing changes running simultaneously in parallel, including maintaining and updating the Fee Guide
  • Analyse system setups and data, ensuring governance is followed and reviewing and validating system changes, including documenting evidence for audit and Sarbanes‑Oxley (SOX) review
  • Manages the manual monthly billing operations by working with Product and Service owners to ensure billing files are accurate, timely and complete
  • Perform client and pricing setup within billing systems and related databases
  • Support the identification, evaluation, and resolution of billing and transaction issues in collaboration with Technology, Finance Systems Strategy, Product Owners, and clients
  • Support the waiver process by responding to queries from various internal stakeholders
  • Review and challenge existing processes and documentation, identifying opportunities for continuous improvement and designing optimal end‑state processes
  • Support the wider Revenue Operations team and ad‑hoc analysis and projects, as required

This is a hybrid position. Expectation of days in the office will be confirmed by your Hiring Manager.

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications:

  • 3 or more years of work experience with a Bachelor’s Degree or an Advanced Degree (e.g. Master’s, MBA, or equivalent experience)

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Systems, or a related quantitative field
  • Progressive operational experience in a complex environment, preferably within a large, multi‑national, publicly traded organisation
  • Strong understanding of billing, pricing, revenue operations, or related finance processes
  • Experience with process improvement methodologies (e.g. Lean Six Sigma, BPR, BPM, Business Analysis) and applying them in a project or continuous improvement environment
  • Strong data analysis skills and experience in testing, validation, quality assurance, or user acceptance testing
  • Strong systems aptitude (e.g. Excel, PowerPoint, Power Bi, Power Query, reporting tools); experience with billing or finance systems is a plus
  • Self-motivated with a strong sense of initiative, able to work independently and deliver results within deadlines
  • Effective stakeholder management, capable of collaborating with a diverse group
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate complex information into clear and concise outputs
  • Ability to manage multiple workstreams concurrently and meet operational and project deadlines
  • Detail‑oriented, self‑directed, and comfortable working independently and collaboratively in a changing environment
  • Proactive approach to identifying issues, improving processes, and driving solutions
