Visa’s consulting engagements span a broad range of topics, including payments strategy, portfolio profitability, customer value propositions, and product and experience design. As a Manager, you will play a key role in shaping problem statements, leading delivery, managing senior stakeholders, and developing high‑performing consulting teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead consulting workstreams end‑to‑end, from problem definition through to delivery of high‑quality, client‑ready outputs.
  • Own client interactions, including planning and facilitating workshops, interviews, and senior stakeholder discussions.
  • Translate complex analysis and insights into clear, actionable recommendations that address client objectives and drive measurable performance improvement.
  • Shape and review compelling deliverables, ensuring strong storylines, clarity, and executive‑level communication.
  • Develop project materials such as workshop content, interview guides, data requirements, and consulting frameworks.
  • Coach and develop junior team members, providing day‑to‑day guidance while fostering supported autonomy and high standards of delivery.
  • Contribute to practice development through IP creation, standardised offerings, and thought leadership.

This is a hybrid position. Expectation of days in office will be confirmed by your hiring manager.

Skills & Experience:

  • Demonstrated experience with 5+ years in consulting, banking, financial services, or payments, with increasing responsibility for leading client work and teams.
  • Strong capability across research, analysis, workshop facilitation, process improvement, solution evaluation, stakeholder engagement, and executive‑level deliverables.
  • Proven analytical skills, including the ability to synthesise insights from multiple sources into clear, high‑quality outputs.
  • Excellent collaboration and relationship‑building skills, working effectively with clients, subject‑matter experts, and geographically distributed teams.
  • Solid program and project management capability, with comfort managing multiple workstreams in parallel.
  • Strong digital productivity skills, including advanced use of Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and familiarity with modern collaboration and analysis tools (e.g. SharePoint, Teams, data visualisation or workflow tools) to deliver efficient, high‑quality consulting outputs.
