Job Description
The Operations Analyst, VAS Sales Tools provides Level 1 production and operational support for sales tools used by Value-Added Services (VAS) organization. This role supports sellers and Sales Operations by managing intake and resolution of day‑to‑day tool issues related to quoting, pricing, and deal execution, while ensuring requests are properly triaged, documented, and routed.

Job Description
The Operations Analyst, VAS Sales Tools provides Level 1 production and operational support for sales tools used by Value-Added Services (VAS) organization. This role supports sellers and Sales Operations by managing intake and resolution of day‑to‑day tool issues related to quoting, pricing, and deal execution, while ensuring requests are properly triaged, documented, and routed.
Key Responsibilities
Level 1 Sales Tools Support
- Serve as a first point of contact for sellers and Sales Operations regarding Sales Tools questions and issues.
- Provide Level 1 support for CPQ and CRM tools by resolving common user issues and requests.
- Respond to inquiries related to quoting, pricing visibility, approvals, and basic tool navigation.
- Manage Sales Tools support queues, including case intake, categorization, prioritization, and tracking.
- Ensure requests include required information before escalation or handoff.
- Escalate complex or system‑level issues to Level 2 / senior analysts as appropriate.
- Perform basic validation of quote outputs and data to confirm issues before escalation.
- Assist with post‑deployment checks and routine validations.
- Support UAT activities by executing test cases and documenting results when requested.
- Partner with Sales Ops, Deal teams, and Technology to support timely issue resolution.
- Communicate status updates clearly to requestors and stakeholders.
- Participate in troubleshooting sessions as needed.
- Follow established support processes and SLAs.
- Document common issues, resolutions, and workarounds.
- Identify recurring issues and flag them to senior team members for review.

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience in operations, sales support, or application support roles.
- Familiarity with enterprise business tools such as CPQ and/or CRM platforms.
- Strong organizational and problem‑solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple requests and prioritize effectively.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience supporting CPQ tools (e.g., Conga/Apttus, PROS).
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM or similar systems.
- Background in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or Deal Support.
