Our Client Engagement function is responsible for driving sales and development across the business in our European markets. By building deep partnerships with our clients, opening up access and offering creative solutions, we are at the forefront of protecting and growing Visa’s brand and market share.

What we expect of you, day to day.
Qualifications
Basic Qualifications:
8 or more years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor Degree or at least 5 years of experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 2 years of work experience with a PhD
Preferred Qualifications
9 or more years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor Degree or 7 or more relevant years of experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 3 or more years of experience with a PhD
What we’re after…
Excellent knowledge and experience of the payment business and/or financial services
Commercial understanding, the ability to identify opportunities and propose solutions in relation with our scorecard
Good understanding of digital payment
Broad knowledge about Visa and its products and services
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to liaise with stakeholders at all levels within own member business
Proven influencing, selling and negotiation skill.
Fluent in French and English

What we expect of you, day to day.
- Contributes to the annual business/account plan for the assigned account, agreeing with the Client Director what actions will be required for their product / portfolio.
- Manages a product portfolio or product, ensuring members are provided appropriate support from Visa Europe.
- Works with client to identify new and ongoing requirements, introducing new products and services as appropriate.
- Works closely with the assigned client, ensuring an ongoing quality relationship is maintained with the bank operational team.
- Demonstrates good knowledge of all Visa product and services, with expert knowledge in certain areas.
- Engages with colleagues across Visa ensuring teams such as sales specialist, product, marketing, business development and consulting are appropriately involved and informed about their client issues.
- Support cross functional initiatives as required
