This is a hybrid position. Expectation of days in office will be confirmed by your hiring manager.

Basic Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree with 3+ years of relevant experience, or Advanced degree (e.g., Master’s, MBA, JD, MD) with 2+ year of relevant experience, or 5+ years of hands-on experience in a technical role involving infrastructure, operations, or software support. Preferred Qualifications: Proven track record in delivering high‑quality technical service and support. Hands‑on experience with web protocols and infrastructure, including HTTP, firewalls, PKI, and SFTP. Experience working with transactional systems (e.g., banking, finance, telecommunications). Proficiency in scripting using PowerShell and Python, including testing and debugging. Exposure to enterprise SaaS applications and distributed systems. Familiarity with infrastructure‑as‑code tools (e.g., Terraform, Ansible). Understanding of cloud platforms and services, preferably AWS. Awareness of security and compliance frameworks such as PCI‑DSS. Working knowledge of Microsoft technologies, including Windows Server, IIS, and MS SQL Server. Demonstrated initiative in automation, reliability improvements, and process optimisation. Strong customer‑focused mindset for both internal and external stakeholders. Effective communicator and collaborator with a hands‑on, solution‑oriented approach. Adaptable to changing environments and flexible with working hours. Passion for continuous learning and professional development. Ability to adapt quickly to evolving challenges and technologies.
