Job Description
Represent Visa to the key client by being a key point of contact for them in relation to a wide range of business issues.
Be responsible end to end for key client Visa business performance.
Provide constant high-quality support on questions and asks about Visa organization, products, solutions services, systems, policies, etc.
Develop, maintain, and cultivate close relationships with decision-makers and senior management of designated client and partner companies. Understand their business strategies, priorities, needs and business processes, present to them strategic ideas and share Visa's views on industry developments and dynamics and advise them how Visa solutions can impact their results.
Identify key areas and opportunities for a continuous Visa business growth.
Ensure constant Visa share growth and or protect Visa exclusive position.
Execute aggressive sales strategies aimed at increasing Visa revenue through generating opportunities and initiatives around Visa Core Products and Value-added Services, as well as identifying & executing business opportunities in New Payment Flows.
Establish a solid foundation for Visa Net revenue sustainable growth with key clients. Be responsible for the growth, profitability, performance and operation of the payments business for Visa’s key clients.
Focus on achieving business targets, monitor business results of key clients, anticipate challenges, and take proactive measures to accomplish targets.
Contribute to the implementation of EKQ and Kuwait Strategy & Scorecard by proactive development and implementation of existing and new business opportunities.
Develop, lead and execute Account Plans.
Actively promote new Visa solutions and assist clients in business implementation.
Ensure that all necessary implementation plans are in place with sufficient lead time and have business case and justification for the required spend.
Establish and manage a world class account team (matrix) and organize it as a cohesive entity to pursue a range of business opportunities over the short and long term.
Align the efforts of various business units internally to successfully deliver the opportunities and initiatives with key clients as One Team One Visa.
Analyze and carefully monitor on an ongoing basis market trends, activities and competitor actions to enable the account team to develop and implement preemptive strategies and plans.
Monitor and analyze competitors’ strategies with key clients and contribute to developing and responding to these so that Visa’s market state within Kuwait is enhanced.
Monitor compliance to mandates, service levels and propose appropriate actions to Management where necessary.
Ensure integrity of client records by regular review and update in Visa CRM system.
Display and exercise business leadership practices within the company.
Actively contributes to the effectiveness of the team by supporting and co-operating with colleagues and providing cover during periods of absence.
Display and exercise leadership practices and business acumen within the company.

Qualifications
10 plus years business experience with related sales and management experience in the payments industry or similar experience in consulting
College degree required; MBA preferred
Strong knowledge of payment products
Demonstrated track record of planning, managing and closing a complex, competitive sales effort
Proven ability to create strategic solutions (product and business development, marketing, and or technology solutions) and implement them to drive top line results
Proven ability to implement strategic initiatives, policies and operational decisions
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to establish effective relationships with all levels including executive management
Exceptional ability to manage & grow internal and external resources and cross functional relationships
Ability to negotiate business agreements and to enhance existing and develop new business partnerships
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
