Job Description
The Accommodations Consultant supports the Global People Solutions team, serving as the primary contact for employees navigating workplace accommodations operations globally and provides guidance and expertise to the Accommodations operations team. This role additionally balances day-to-day case management with project work, driving continuous improvement and ensuring a consistent, compliant, and positive employee experience. The Consultant will partner closely with Legal, Employee Relations, People Business Partners, and business leaders, while helping to elevate team capability and operational excellence.
Visa requires at least 3 days in office, expectations of these days will be confirmed by your Hiring Manager.
Qualifications
Serve as the first point of contact for employees requesting medical or religious accommodations; conduct the interactive process and make determinations in partnership with business leaders and People Business Partners Perform end-to-end case management for accommodations, including intake, assessment, determination, and follow-up Educate employees and managers on accommodation processes, legal considerations, and responsibilities. Support employees returning from leave, coordinating accommodations as needed for successful reintegration. Track and report on accommodation metrics to ensure SLA adherence and continuous improvement. Lead quality reviews of accommodation cases to ensure compliance, consistency, and audit readiness. Act as the primary escalation point for complex and sensitive accommodation cases, including medical, religious, return‑to‑work requests. Serve as a go‑to resource for Accommodation Specialists, providing guidance on case strategy, documentation, and stakeholder communication. Contribute to process improvement initiatives, including enhancements to ServiceNow and Workday workflows. Develop and update playbooks, templates, and training materials to standardize practices.

The estimated salary range for this position is $95,300.00 to $ 153,000.00 USD per year, which may include potential sales incentive payments (if applicable). Salary may vary depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, this position may be eligible for bonus and equity.Visa has a comprehensive benefits package for which this position may be eligible that includes Medical, Dental, Vision, 401(k), FSA/HSA, Life Insurance, Paid Time Off, and Wellness Program.

This position requires travel 5-10% of the time.
