Job Description
This is an exciting time to join Visa’s North America Marketing Services team. We are evolving how we partner with fintech clients—moving to a more proactive, results‑driven approach that deepens relationships and delivers measurable impact. Our team leverages Visa’s insights, platforms, and sponsorship assets to help clients build competitive advantage and stronger customer connections.
Our Fintech clients span a wide range of industries, including consumer fintech, fintech issuers, B2B, and remitters. The Marketing Manager reports to the Marketing Director and plays a key role in shaping and executing client marketing strategy.
The Manager leads consultative discovery to identify product and payment marketing opportunities within the Fintech segment, while supporting business development efforts that drive Visa purchase volume, Value‑Added Services revenue, and client brand growth. Marketing engagements may include customer research and insights, marketing strategy, creative development, channel activation (email, paid social, paid display, search, OOH), influencer marketing, sponsorship and event marketing.
This role partners closely with Sales, Product, Visa Consulting & Analytics, Research, Marketing, Legal, Sponsorship and agency teams to deliver meaningful business outcomes for Visa and our clients.
Essential Functions
Visa requires at least 3 days in office, expectations of these days will be confirmed by your Hiring Manager.

The estimated salary range for this position is $134,600.00 to $ 215,300.00 USD per year, which may include potential sales incentive payments (if applicable). Salary may vary depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, this position may be eligible for bonus and equity.Visa has a comprehensive benefits package for which this position may be eligible that includes Medical, Dental, Vision, 401(k), FSA/HSA, Life Insurance, Paid Time Off, and Wellness Program.
Work Hours
Varies upon the needs of the department.
Travel Requirements
This position requires travel 5-10% of the time.
Mental/Physical Requirements
This position will be performed in an office setting. The position will require the incumbent to sit and stand at a desk, communicate in person and by telephone, frequently operate standard office equipment, such as telephones and computers.

Essential Functions
- Work cross-functionally to support the sell in and seamless implementation of marketing programs that leverage Visa resources and expertise. Key stakeholders include Account Sales Team, Consulting & Analytics, Product Marketing, Research and Insights, Brand, Product, Communications, Digital Media and Legal
- Manage internal Visa processes to support the implementation of marketing projects including business development pipeline tracking, project pricing reviews/approvals, agency/client SOWs, vendor invoicing and project revenue recognition.
- Support business development team responsible for selling B2B2C, B2B and B2C marketing programs and participate in ideation of marketing programs which may include marketing research & insights, marketing strategy, creative development, channel delivery and Visa sponsorships
- Responsible for building partnership relationships with the cross-functional team, including Sales, Product, Marketing and agencies, to deliver best-in-class marketing plans that drive business goals for both Visa and its clients.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-moving, highly matrixed environment and be results-oriented, flexible, and possess a “can do”, positive attitude.

Basic Qualifications
- 5 or more years of relevant work experience with a Bachelors Degree or at least 2 years of work experience with an Advanced degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 0 years of work experience with a PhD Preferred Qualifications
- 6 or more years of work experience with a Bachelors Degree or 4 or more years of relevant experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or up to 3 years of relevant experience with a PhD
- General knowledge and basic understanding of marketing principles and campaign management
- Experience working in, with and/or managing creative agencies
- Experience successfully prioritizing and managing multiple projects/deliverables
- Capable of working cross-functionally to ensure project deadlines and budgets are met
- Ability to self-manage and support multiple projects, as needed
- Employs sound judgment and rationale when problem solving and making decisions
- Communicates effectively with internal and external stakeholders
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Strong project management skills
- Proficient in MS Excel and PowerPoint
- 6-8 years of experience in financial services marketing, consumer marketing, payments industry, financial services, and/or consulting with clients that involved launching new brands/products, lead generation, loyalty campaigns, new customer acquisition and growing existing customer portfolio
- Experience in digital, social, paid search, influencer, and sponsorship or events marketing
- Strong presentation skills, written and in person communication skills, executive presence, building relationship, influence decision makers and translate complex data into actionable insights
- Ability and initiative to self-manage when necessary and ability to multitask to support multiple efforts as needed
- Team player with experience coordinating cross functional, end-to-end projects that included a high level of detail and ability to ensure project deadlines and budgets are met
- Self-motivated and proactive in asking questions, proposing solutions and can communicate clearly to manage various internal and external stakeholders’ expectations
- Strong strategic thinker and problem solver focused on results who approaches any challenge with thoughtfulness, drive and appropriate urgency
- Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Office Excel, Power Point and Word
