Job Description

Visa is seeking a fixed-term Senior Marketing Manager to support Visa’s Music partnerships and platforms, with a primary focus on coordination, governance, and execution support across hub and global stakeholders.

Based in Korea, this fixed-termrole will play a critical role in managing the Music approval process for execution, ensuring alignment between local market teams, AP hub, and global partners, while supporting the ongoing operation and evolution of Visa’s existing Music platforms and selected new initiatives.

This role operates within a matrix reporting structure, with a solid‑line reporting relationship to the Head of Marketing, Korea, and a dotted‑line reporting relationship to the Head of Marketing for Sponsorships in the AP hub.

The role is designed to ensure strong local market execution across AP markets, while maintaining close alignment with regional and global sponsorship strategies, governance, and standards.

This fixed-term position will start with 6 months and may extend for another 6 months depending on business request.

Key Responsibilities

Music Governance & Approval Coordination:

  • Coordinate the end‑to‑end Music sponsorship and activation approval process, working closely with AP hub, global teams, and local stakeholders.
  • Manage approval timelines, documentation, and stakeholder inputs to ensure compliance with Visa’s governance, legal, and risk requirements.
  • Act as a central point of contact for Music‑related submissions from Korea and selected AP markets, ensuring clarity, completeness, and alignment prior to escalation.
  • Track approvals, conditions, and follow‑ups to support smooth and compliant execution.

Stakeholder & Cross‑Functional Collaboration

  • Partner with AP hub Music leads, MS teams and local market teams to support consistent execution of approved Music initiatives.
  • Work closely with internal functions including Marketing, Legal, Risk, Finance, and Procurement to facilitate reviews and approvals.
  • Support alignment between global frameworks and local market execution, proactively identifying risks, dependencies, or misalignment.

Music Platforms & Initiative Support

  • Support the ongoing management and activation of existing Music platforms, ensuring local execution aligns with approved objectives, guidelines, and brand standards.
  • Assist in the evaluation and coordination of new Music initiatives, including preparation of internal materials, stakeholder alignment, and approval readiness.
  • Support post‑activation reviews, including consolidation of learnings, reporting inputs, and best practices.

Operational Excellence & Reporting

  • Maintain clear documentation, trackers, and status updates for Music initiatives and approval workflows.
  • Provide regular updates and summaries to Korea marketing head and AP hub stakeholders on progress, risks, and upcoming milestones.
  • Contribute to the refinement of processes, templates, and playbooks to improve efficiency, consistency, and governance over time.

Reporting & Organizational Alignment

  • Solid‑line reporting to Head of Marketing, Korea, with day‑to‑day alignment to local market priorities and execution.
  • Dotted‑line reporting to Head of Marketing, Sponsorships (AP Hub), ensuring consistency with regional sponsorship strategy, governance, and frameworks.
  • Works closely with global Music teams to support approvals, platform alignment, and execution readiness.
  • Operates as a connector role between local, regional, and global stakeholders, without direct people management responsibility

This is a hybrid position. Expectation of days in office will be confirmed by your hiring manager.
