Job Description

Visa Acceptance Solutions is expanding its commercial team in Europe, growing its footprint in the region providing merchants and payment providers with the solutions needed to accelerate their business through state-of-the-art payment technology.

This is a client leadership role within the Visa Acceptance Team in London, you will own revenue growth and retention outcomes across the portfolio with clear accountability for performance against targets

  • Provide client leadership across a portfolio of Key Customers in the UK
  • Develop and execute account plans that secure long term relationships and drive incremental revenue
  • Contribute to the wider teams success by sharing experiences and challenging existing status quo
  • Operate as a trusted advisor to senior client stakeholders, influencing strategic decisions and adoption of Visa Acceptance solutions
  • Build relationships across the wider Visa organisation to support your client

This is a hybrid position. Expectation of days in office will be confirmed by your hiring manager.

Qualifications

  • Demonstrable success in leading and expanding complex client account portfolios with clear ownership of revenue growth and retention targets.
  • Strong commercial negotiation experience, including managing and closing complex, multi-stakeholder opportunities and long-term agreements.
  • Proven ability to operate as a trusted advisor to senior client stakeholders, influencing strategic decisions and driving adoption of value-added solutions.
  • Experience developing and executing strategic account plans that deliver incremental revenue and strengthen long-term client relationships.
  • Ability to work effectively within a highly matrixed organisation, partnering across sales, product, and broader internal teams to deliver client outcomes.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with an insight-led approach to identifying growth opportunities and improving client performance.
  • Payments, acceptance, or financial technology industry experience desirable, but not essential.
