Job Description
Visa is seeking a Manager Agentic Commerce & Visa Pay (Tech) to support the development, integration, and commercialization of Visa’s Agentic Commerce and Visa Pay initiatives. This role manages onboarding, certification, and API integration activities within Visa Intelligent Commerce (VIC) and the Trusted Agent Protocol (TAP), enabling new Visa Pay use cases across the region.
Acting as the primary liaison between regional and global product teams, Client Services and Service Experience, market stakeholders, and external partners, the position ensures seamless solution adoption, alignment with global program requirements, and operational readiness. The role combines integration oversight, program coordination, documentation, and stakeholder engagement to support scalable delivery and long-term platform growth.
This opportunity sits within Visa’s Regional Growth Products & Partnerships organization and contributes directly to the expansion of emerging products, intelligent commerce models, and non-card payment experiences across the region.

The estimated salary range for this position is $124,300.00 to $ 198,600.00 USD per year, which may include potential sales incentive payments (if applicable). Salary may vary depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, this position may be eligible for bonus and equity.Visa has a comprehensive benefits package for which this position may be eligible that includes Medical, Dental, Vision, 401(k), FSA/HSA, Life Insurance, Paid Time Off, and Wellness Program.

Travel Requirements
This position requires travel 5-10% of the time.

This position will be performed in an office setting. The position will require the incumbent to sit and stand at a desk, communicate in person and by telephone, frequently operate standard office equipment, such as telephones and computers.

Responsibilities
Essential Functions:
Integration & Program Delivery
- Manage Agentic Commerce and Visa Pay onboarding, certification, and integration activities.
- Coordinate partner and client readiness for API integrations and certification processes for both Visa Pay and Visa Intelligent Commerce (VIC).
- Provide integration support and guidance across tokenization, cloud token frameworks, passkeys, payment instructions/signals, and Visa Pay use cases (e.g., MPQR, P2P, Tap to Pay).
- Own the Agentic Ready Program for the region.
- Lead troubleshooting and execution for new Visa Pay use cases unique to LAC.
- Act as a liaison between Product, Client Services, regional teams, and partners to ensure aligned execution.
- Partner with Client Services and Service Experience to establish and sustain operational processes.
- Communicate global requirements, changes, and impacts to regional stakeholders.
- Support program planning, prioritization, and execution across multiple initiatives.
- Partner with Global Service Experience for the Agentic Ready Program, publish and maintain the list of clients that have passed certification.
- Transfer knowledge of new Visa Pay use cases to Client Services and Service Experience to ensure continuity of delivery and support.
- Document new use cases, integrations, and operational processes for Agentic Commerce and Visa Pay products.
- Maintain and consolidate VIC, TAP, and Visa Pay documentation in a single, up-to-date repository for each product.
- Partner with Client Services to ensure knowledge transfer and operational continuity.
- Maintain a repository of lessons learned from integrations and issues, and share it with new stakeholders.
- Test and validate new flows, functionalities, and integrations prior to deployment.
- Support training sessions and enablement workshops for internal teams and partners.
- Identify process gaps and recommend improvements to enhance scalability and efficiency.

Basic Qualifications
- 5 or more years of relevant work experience with a Bachelors Degree or at least 2 years of work experience with an Advanced degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 0 years of work experience with a PhD Preferred Qualifications
- 6 or more years of work experience with a Bachelors Degree or 4 or more years of relevant experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or up to 3 years of relevant experience with a PhD
- 5+ years of work experience with a Bachelor’s Degree or Master Degree
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent professional experience.
- Experience with API and SDK integrations; familiarity with REST, SOAP, JSON, XML, and network protocols.
- Working knowledge of Java and or C.
- Experience with SQL databases, dashboards, analytics, and automation.
- Understanding of mobile platforms (Android and iOS) and digital payments ecosystems.
- Knowledge of the payments industry, including EMV tokenization and authentication.
- Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and organizational skills.
- Proven ability to communicate technical concepts to technical and non‑technical audiences.
- Experience working across teams, geography, and time zones.
- Strong written, verbal, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple initiatives with a high degree of ownership and accountability.
- Proficient in English and Spanish, Portuguese is a plus.
