Visa Consulting and Analytics (VCA) is the consulting arm of Visa, and drives tangible, impactful results for clients. Drawing on our expertise in consulting, data analytics, technology, payments and economics, VCA solves the most strategic problems for our clients. VCA's core client segments include issuers, acquirers, merchants, fintechs, payment enablers and governments.
We are looking for an Operational Specialist to join the Visa Consulting & Analytics (VCA), Central Eastern Europe (CEE) team, where you will play a key role in supporting day‑to‑day operations. This role offers an opportunity for a proactive and detail‑oriented early‑career professional to work in a fast‑paced, professional services environment while building a strong foundation in business operations.
In this role, you will support consultants and leadership team by ensuring operational processes run efficiently, compliantly, and consistently, enabling the consulting team to focus on delivering value to clients.
What We Expect From You, Day To Day
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree (or higher), or final‑year student close to graduation
Excellent written and spoken English
Good working knowledge of MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook) including use of Copilot for productivity and analysis
Must be proactive and solution oriented, looking for ways to add value and assist the team
Strong organizational and time‑management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks in parallel
High attention to detail, reliability, and discretion
Strong work ethic and collaborative approach
Relevant Experience Is Preferred But Not Essential

What We Expect From You, Day To Day
- Provide first‑line operational support to consultants on supplier‑related engagements, including documentation, onboarding, tracking, and reporting
- Handle expense claims for the CEE VCA leadership team
- Manage calendar and meeting coordination support to the Head of Consulting
- Identify and suggest process improvements and opportunities to increase efficiency
- Ensure all administrative and operational activities meet compliance and internal control standards
- Support the line manager with reporting, presentation decks preparation, assist with the organization of on‑site and off‑site events
- Leverage automation and AI capabilities to identify more efficient ways of working, reducing manual effort and administrative activities
